Christmas Diary

Is'nt it unusual when you get an email to ask NOT to sing White Christmas in our Christmas Tour !!! and I can fully understand why ! At this stage if I never see snow again ……only on Christmas Cards I won't be too upset !!!! The weather has really played havoc with some of our concerts which have had to be re-scheduled for after Christmas and into the New Year. However we have had some wonderful nights all over the country and met some great people along the way. To all of you who helped in any capacity I would like to say a thousand thanks and to wish you and all yours a very Happy and blessed Christmas.

I hope the New Year will bring a new energy for all of us as we say good bye to the old and look forward to the new Year with new hopes and dreams. I have much to be thankful for when I look back on last year but especially for the opportunity to work with so many good people especially my own crew whose support is such a gift to me. Without them I could not function properly at all.

I am delighted with the reception you have all given the new songs as is evident when we perform them during our tour and I am very grateful for your encouragement. As you know I am also composing a song for the Irish Eurosong - which I have reflected much on and I hope that you and your friends who enjoy our music will lend us your support on Feb 11th. I will announce soon, the Artist who will perform the song.

Meanwhile keep an eye on your website for upcoming events and concerts and I look forward to your continuing support in 2011.

In the midst of all the mayhem of Christmas I always try to retreat to the silence of reflecting on the first Christmas that almost happened unbeknownst to anyone. In the still of the night an innocent little child brought new hope to a broken world in a very humble and unassuming way. May the same child come into all our families and in his gentle quite way touch our lives with hope and healing for a better world for all.

Love all lovely, love divine
Love was born at Christmas
Stars and Angels gave the sign ……….
